Our Little Trooper

Just a little update on Kohen.....

Well since he's been born, Kohen has been in the E.R. for Dehydration (the day we took him home from the hospital, he decided that he didn't want to drink mommy's milk anymore ), he had a roaring eye infection a week after he was born, the flu twice, a cold about 3 times, and he got RSV on Thanksgiving and is still struggling with it. Well now he has a double ear infection! Our poor little man is such a trooper! He's definately had his grumpy moments....if you had a double ear infection you would be pretty grumpy too!! He still has a pretty nasty cough from his RSV, but I think he is finally getting better! He is on some antibiotics for his ear infections, and he is already feeling like his usual happy self and for the most part sleeping through the night again! We love our cute little man!

I just wanted to put this pic on here because I never get any of me and Ko!

Kohen love to try to eat Aspen's piggy tail!

Wow, he has been through a lot in the little 8 months he has been here:) Preslee just got over an ear infection too! It's so sad when they are sick. I'm glad he is feeling better. He is so cute!

I hope he gets better soon. Margo has been so cranky with her ears and sinus infection. I hate when they get sick. We are pretty much helpless.

Poor Kid! Ethan was like that too, always getting sick. Ear Tubes was the best thing we did for him, if your little guy keeps getting the ear infections you might want to check it out. See you at work on friday!

Ahhh the joy of motherhood, eh? Ear infections are the worst! Atleast now you know something that's been making him cranky. I hope he gets over all of this soon. You both need your sleep!

I didn't know Kohen had RSV! Man, he is a trooper. What's up with all these sick babies... I guess it is the season. Can't wait for summer.

Hi! Sorry to hear about Kohen. Good thing you know a lot about all that stuff. I'm terrified of being a mother for that reason. I won't know what's wrong with my child. :) Thanks for assisting me with my question the other day. I'm not very quick at all this stuff. We need to get together soon!

He is seriously the spitting image of you guys! Congrats on the baby. He is darling! I hope he only gets better from here on out. Hopefully we all get together soon!

Babies really are so tuff, it's incredible what they go through when they come into the world. Glad to see he is doing better. I love his hair!

Rachelle- I've given in! I actually agreed to the bookshelf last night! The first place I am going to go is target to see if we can get something (or Ikea)! I know, the mortgage industry is a little crazy right now (but not as bad as everyone thinks). Rates are actually the best I've seen them in about 2 years! Good luck with selling your house- where are you moving? We are moving to Sandy in the townhomes that are where the old gravel pit used to be- we're excited! Love ya!

They think that she a had a light case of RSV...our doctor said it is going around right now...so we are just sucking her noise..keeping the humidifer on her..and keeping her home..she seems to be getting better and she is sleeping through the night again...she has been sick alot but not like little Ko..it's so sad..

Oh wow I bet that is so overwhelming him getting sick so much! I am scared for when Luke gets sick, I have had a cold this week and was so nervous I was going to give it to him! You guys are tough for dealing with it. Kohen is such a cutie, I love that picture of you two.

I seriously didn't realize how much he has been through. There is nothing worse than seeing your baby sick. You are a trooper!
